Our CEO is Eric Mitchell, also known as The Mortgage Geek. He first realized the vision of an automated mortgage back in 2005. Several technology advancements were needed, but it was only a matter of time.
Two events happened in 2023 that enabled this to finally happen.
1) The introduction and adoption of AI.
2) The ability to issue an automated pre-qualification online using a soft credit check.
These were the last two things needed to create the first ever digital platform enabling Customers to originate their own mortgages with no need to speak to anyone.
